Call of Duty is one of the most popular military shooters, which in a sense replaces cinema for those who like to win and participate in bright scenes on their own and contribute to the victory, and not just watch the actions of the actors on the screens. Fighting game development agency specializes in creating immersive fighting games that deliver thrilling, unforgettable experiences for players worldwide
Call of Duty is a project created by people from the studio that gave the world the Medal of Honor – one of the first significant military projects that made it possible to feel and recreate the fighting of the Second World War in 3D format, inspired by the films Saving Private Ryan and the TV series Band of Brothers.
The series of games from Activision has grown and developed and moved the player to the fields of the Second World War, modern conflicts, battles of the future – the last part, which you can play and boost on your own, or with the help of Call of Duty services, is Modern Warfare 3.
When you go through a company that stretches back to 2019 with an updated version of Modern Warfare, which dates back to 2004, when Activision decided to transfer their project from the format of the Second World War to more modern combat operations in order to simulate the design of a large-scale conflict that potentially may turn around and drag the United States into it.
Over the entire existence of the project, quite a few versions of Call of Duty have been released, so let’s look at the most important and interesting of them that you might like, especially in the vein of military history, or bright action – often this is single player, so nothing will stop you from boosting in Modern Warfare 3.
United Offensive
The very first part of the Call of Duty series, which began the entire journey and development of the project.
United Offensive still has a health system, which is displayed as a bar and is replenished by a first aid kit – in the future this will be removed and replaced by a self-regeneration system without taking damage, which is often used to this day in all games.
You will find the battlefields of World War II and the Normandy landings for American and British troops in different periods of time.
The Americans would clear the forests and villages of France and then move into Belgium to fight in the forests and trenches and carry out operations to destroy German ballistic missiles.
The British paraglid to capture and hold an important bridge, which will allow them to develop the offensive, but to do this they need to hold out until reinforcements arrive and withstand tank attacks as well.
The last campaign will concern the army of the Soviet Union, where you, as a private without serious weapons, will storm the shores of Stalingrad and knock the Germans out of the city at the cost of huge losses. You will capture Pavlov’s house – an important observation point, the house from which is visible in all four directions, and you will hold it until reinforcements arrive.
The battle for Prokhorovka awaits you, the most massive and bloody tank battle in the entire history of wars, where you will have to push back the German resistance and open the way for the infantry.
You will end the war in the capital – Berlin, where in a series of quick offensive operations you will break into the Reichstag and plant the banner of victory, thereby ending the active phase of the Second World War.
Call of Duty 2
The second most entertaining and cinematic part is about the fronts of the Second World War, in which you will again experience three fronts of combat operations at once.
For the army of the Soviet Union in the winter battles for Stalingrad, on the verge of freezing and starvation, pushing the Germans out of the city and encircling the entire army of Paulus, thereby ending one of the battles that became a symbol of the defense of the entire Second World War.
Then you will be transferred to Africa, to the landing forces that will fight for El Alamein and Tunisia, with the support of tanks and infantry, break through the German defenses and complete the campaign on the African continent.
Complete the war as an American Ranger as you land in France on D-Day, in the tradition of Saving Private Ryan.
You need to successfully land, break through the defenses of the first wave in order to secure the landing of the rest of the allies and push the enemies out of the trenches and villages to the crossroads and beyond, destroying the artillery and completing the assault in your favor.
On the second day, the situation will be reversed, and you will be holding back the counterattack of enemies waves after wave, retreating all the way to the ocean and holding back the lines with all your strength.
You will end the war in Germany, landing and squeezing the Germans out of major cities, forcing them to retreat to Berlin.
World at War
An unusual fragment of the entire series, when instead of the Germans, you move to the theater of operations on the Pacific Ocean to fight the Japanese army for key islands and avenge the daring attack on Pearl Harbor.
Fighting in the jungles of the islands will be very different from the format you may have been used to before, and even boosting in Modern Warfare 3 will be completely different from this experience.
Enemies will camouflage and blend into the terrain, use secret tunnels for sneak attacks, play dead and launch death attacks to destroy American troops.
This is a complex and monotonous gameplay with battles in the swamps and assaults on fortified shelters and positions on the coasts and in the interior of the island to drive the Japanese out of them until you reach Okinawa, the very shores of the empire.
You will also find company for the army of the Soviet Union, with heavy battles in Stalingrad and battles on the outskirts of Berlin and in the capital of the German troops. The battles were the fiercest in the last period of the war, when the Germans held the line hoping to surrender to the armies of the Allies, and not the USSR, but you will have to change these enemy plans yourself.
